Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Lead Specialist, Workday Supply Chain Management to join their Managed Services practice in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading a team to provide support and optimization for Workday Supply Chain Management solutions post-production.
About the Role
Manage onshore/offshore teams providing level 2/3 support for Workday managed services including enhancements, break/fix support, release management, and process improvements. Act as the Supply Chain Management lead for all managed services engagements, handling escalations, prioritizations, and client collaboration. Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions. Assist with resource management, forecasting, and team development. Mentor Workday Supply Chain consultants and act as a subject matter expert during sales and optimization activities. Uphold KPMG's professional and respectful work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting in Workday Supply Chain Management.
- At least two years of recent leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Workday certification/skills in at least three of the following: Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Accounts Payable/Supplier Accounts, and Advanced Reporting (must obtain within three months if not currently held).
- Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in process reengineering and business performance management enhancements.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university.
