About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline or relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, design, or quality assurance.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience in engineering areas such as Fabrication, Machining, Plastics/Composites, Cable & Harness, and High-Level Assemblies.
- Experience in lean manufacturing processes.
- Experience in a quality role with understanding of QMS implementation.
- ASQ or AIAG Certification.
- Experience with PPAP, part qualification, CAPA.
