About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5 years experience in technical support of a production environment.
- General experience with network protocols and design related to server architecture.
- General experience with UNIX and Linux Operating Systems in a large scale multi data center 24x7 environment.
- General experience with physical hardware installation, configuration, and support in a multiple data center environment.
- General experience troubleshooting UNIX, Linux (Red Hat 6.x and up), Servers both physical and virtual, and storage related to these Servers.
- 5 years experience in large-scale, complex infrastructure environments, with 2 years in a hospital environment.
- 2 years experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) in a 24x7 environment.
- General experience with storage platforms (i.e. Hitachi and Pure).
- General experience troubleshooting IBM AIX (Power 7 and up) Servers both physical and virtual.
