About You
- Associates Degree or CDA is a must.
- 2-3 years of previous experience working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face interactions with parents, staff, and children.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer literacy required.
- Pediatric first aid and CPR certification.
- BS or BA degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or a related degree.
