About the Role
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality teaching and learning, overseeing additional teachers and volunteers, implementing individualized education plans, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will also engage with families, analyze student data, and participate in professional development activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Two years of supervised and documented relevant experience in a pre-school program.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Experience working with infants and toddlers, and children with special needs.
