About the Role
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, implementing curriculum, establishing rapport with families, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, maintaining organized classrooms, and conducting assessments and parent conferences. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
About You
Required:
- CDA or at least 6 ECE college level credits.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
Preferred:
- Previous childcare experience.
