Summary
ICF is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst (AI Focus) to join their team in the DC Metro Area, working remotely. The role involves leading and managing client requirements for IT modernization and AI solutions.
About the Role
As a Lead Technical Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into user stories, facilitate requirements sessions, and apply analytical techniques to assess business processes. You will negotiate business solutions, propose AI integrations, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities while contributing to the ICF Business Analysis community.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience as a software business analyst on legacy modernizations, COTS integrations, and/or green field application projects.
- 5+ years recent experience in an agile development environment.
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and product management skills.
- US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Preferred:
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) certification.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience in change management.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
