About the Role
As a Lead Technical Cloud Engineer (Azure), you will design, deploy, and manage secure Azure cloud architectures, build and maintain networking components, develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC), implement automation for CI/CD pipelines, enable DevSecOps practices, and optimize cloud performance and reliability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience; Master’s with 12+ years; or PhD/JD with 9+ years of experience.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and architectures.
- Strong scripting skills with Python or PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Alexandria, VA as required.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
- Advanced Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
