About the Role
As a Lead Teller, you will coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver exceptional customer service, improve customer financial wellbeing, and create loyalty. You will process various customer interactions, educate customers on financial alternatives, and identify banking opportunities. Additionally, you will assist the Branch Manager in performance management and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in proactive sales and identifying customer needs.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
