About the Role
As a Lead Test Coordinator, you will coordinate and oversee all testing and commissioning activities, develop detailed test plans, facilitate communication between contractors and stakeholders, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and monitor test results. You will work closely with various teams across the business, including engineering, procurement, operations, and maintenance.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of commissioning, testing, or quality assurance processes, preferably in transportation or aviation infrastructure.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop or contribute to Scope of Work documents for complex infrastructure projects.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and operational staff.
- Leadership skills to guide blue-collar staff and contractors effectively.
- Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
