About the Role
As a Lead UI/UX Designer, Web, you will lead the UX and visual design of Vasion's website, focusing on optimizing user journeys that drive demo bookings. Your responsibilities include designing mobile-first experiences, championing accessibility standards, analyzing user behavior, planning A/B tests, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with various teams, maintaining the design system, mentoring junior designers, and staying updated with UX best practices.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX-focused work.
- Proven experience optimizing websites for conversion with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
- Familiarity with analytics and user research tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with modern CMS platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design processes.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the SaaS or software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
