About the Role
As a Lead Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for the overall technical supervision of ultrasound services, developing staffing patterns, schedules, and workflows, and participating in purchasing decisions for ultrasound equipment. You will perform technical and mechanical aspects of ultrasound, assess anatomy and pathology, and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols. Additionally, you will assist in staff education and maintain regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of ultrasound technician experience.
- Graduate of AMA approved Radiology Technology program and a U/S license with permission to work in Massachusetts.
- ARDMS registration in Abdomen and OB/GYN.
Preferred:
- Vascular experience.
- Experience with Philips equipment.
- DVT vascular experience.
- Breast registration.
- OB experience.
