About You
- 5+ years of UX Writing or Content Design experience in Fintech, Wealth Management, or Cryptocurrency sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of improving usability scores and increasing conversion rates.
- Proven experience in a regulated environment balancing legal constraints with user-centric clarity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user journeys where complex problems were solved through text.
- Expertise in simplifying financial jargon and understanding of accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with behavioural economics and language influence on financial decision-making.
- Knowledge of localisation best practices for a global audience.
- Understanding of mobile-first design patterns and proficiency with modern design tools like Figma and Sketch.
