About the Role
As the Leader of Product Line Management, you will play a crucial role in the cross-functional management team, collaborating with customer-facing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful product development. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer requirements, working on product specifications, and focusing on supply chain security and cost reduction efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 15 years of related experience, Master's degree with 12 years, or PhD with 8 years.
- 10 years of experience in optical fiber communications, product management, or system architecture.
- Experience in high-speed coherent and PAM optical transceiver technologies.
- Familiarity with the full product life cycle process.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with ASIC implementation and design flow.
- Knowledge of ITU, IEEE, OIF standards.
- Understanding of CPU architecture and security requirements.
