About the Role
As part of HDR's Dam, Levee and Flood Resilience Programs, you will be responsible for leading complex projects related to dam and levee safety, flood management, and resilience. You will work with a team of civil, structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic engineers to address critical water infrastructure challenges and ensure compliance with safety standards. The position may require relocation and offers a flexible work environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or Hydraulic Engineering.
- Experience in dam, levee, or flood resilience management projects.
- Expertise in potential failure mode analysis.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS or FLAC.
- Familiarity with FEMA regulations and dam safety standards.
