About the Role
As a Leadership Annual Giving Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to grow unrestricted giving from WBUR's Murrow Society Donors. You will manage a portfolio of current donors and prospects, build relationships, and progress donors from the Membership annual giving program to the major gifts program. Key responsibilities include securing funding through various channels, stewarding donors, developing donor engagement strategies, and managing communications and data.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years' experience in development.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in donor stewardship.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and collaborative work style.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
Preferred:
- Database experience, particularly in Salesforce.
