About the Role

As a participant in the Leadership Development Program, you will perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers, support strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives, maintain regular contact with store associates and management, monitor sales, and provide in-store product training sessions. You will also plan and execute demo events, develop market knowledge, and maintain store and product aesthetics.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales or customer service.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Valid United States driver’s license with at least one full year of driving experience.
Ability to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to work in a retail environment full time.
Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and using hands to maneuver small objects.
MS Office proficiency.
Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
