About the Role
As a Leadership Technical Program Manager I, you will oversee the security and privacy regulatory audit portfolio, manage compliance/audit programs, and collaborate with various teams to address emerging risks. You will be responsible for project lifecycle management, including scheduling, risk identification, and stakeholder communication, while leveraging your technical expertise to drive program success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
- Experience managing security, privacy, or compliance-based programs as a technical program manager.
Preferred:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
- Knowledge of AI/ML principles, with experience leveraging AI/ML to solve operational challenges.
- Knowledge of common security and compliance standards and regulations.
- Ability to earn the trust of engineering teams and exert technical influence to drive programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and leadership.
