About the Role
As a Leadman - Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Your duties will include cleaning and preparing construction sites, loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. You will also inspect work for quality and accuracy, and report to the Facilities Supervisor.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a construction or facilities management environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in construction.
