- 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools.
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.
- 3+ years of experience implementing lean principles.
- 3+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts.
- 3+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
