About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree.
At least two (2) years experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design.
Ability to work with others in a collaborative approach.
Ability to create, organize, and maintain detailed, accurate, and complete records.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong reconciliation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education.
Experience in Project Management.
