About the Role

As a Learning and Development Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will assist in creating training manuals and surveys, ensuring that credit union personnel are proficient and knowledgeable in their roles.

About You

Required:

Two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification.
One to two years of related experience in an organizational development, training, or teaching environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to correspond with all levels of staff and the public.

Preferred:

One to two years of experience in the finance industry, especially in branch operations, member service, and sales.
Knowledge of training systems, methods, and resources including Computer Based Training, eLearning, and classroom training.
