About the Role
As a Learning and Development Senior Manager, you will manage a team of specialists, evaluate learning needs, develop and implement training strategies, and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. You will provide leadership, develop comprehensive learning strategies, oversee the design and implementation of learning programs, ensure effective training delivery, evaluate program effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, utilize learning technologies, and manage budgets and resources.
About You
Required:
- 10-12 years of experience in Organizational Learning and Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, or related fields.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Management or related field.
