About the Role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing learning strategies in collaboration with leadership, creating scalable training programs, improving onboarding processes, managing certification programs, leading leadership development initiatives, leveraging AI and digital learning tools, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
About You
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience designing and launching L&D programs, particularly in high-growth, global, and remote-first environments.
- Strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Expertise in creating programs for hybrid companies and a deep understanding of learning technologies and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels.
- A data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of programs and making improvements.
