About the Role
As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that education and training requirements are accurately assigned and documented based on regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, job roles, and organizational needs. You will collaborate with department leaders to promote a compliant, efficient, and user-friendly learning environment, serving as the liaison between HR and IT to meet system configuration and setup needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supporting a Learning Management System (e.g., HealthStream, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Saba).
- Experience creating E-Learning programs using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora Inspire.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements related to training and competencies.
Preferred:
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail for tasks involving regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and role-based learning assignments.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare policy requirements.
- Analytical reasoning for troubleshooting LMS issues, identifying data discrepancies, and performing quality checks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills when navigating system errors, workflow issues, or audit requests.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including leadership, educators, clinical teams, and IT.
- Ability to exercise independent decision-making within the scope of LMS administration and regulatory training requirements.
