IBM is seeking a Learning Platform Strategy Senior Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and operational delivery of IBM Training in New York, United States.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Learning Platform Strategy & Program Operations, you will define the vision for IBM's training ecosystem, manage the learning platform, and ensure reliable operational execution. You will act as the central orchestrator of training delivery, enabling teams to publish high-quality learning experiences through well-designed processes and technology infrastructure.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in learning platforms, learning operations, digital program management, or enterprise training systems.
- Direct experience administering or owning LMS/LXP platforms (Adobe Learning Manager, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across large organizations.
- Demonstrated experience building operational processes, governance frameworks, and scalable workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and interpreting learner/usage data.
Preferred:
- Experience in enterprise software, technology, or digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with IBM's technologies or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Knowledge of learning experience design principles and how content is structured or delivered.
- Understanding of emerging trends in AI-enabled learning and modern learning ecosystems.
