Summary
Digital Realty is seeking a Learning Program Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves supporting the talent management strategy and managing formal learning and career development programs.
About the Role
As a Learning Program Manager, you will be responsible for program management of learning and development initiatives, overseeing system governance, collaborating with various teams to enhance training delivery, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also generate reports on system usage and support continuous improvement of learning systems.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong technical or systems background with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with learning systems (Absorb LMS or similar).
- Experience in training and development, preferably in managing learning programs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools and techniques (Excel or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Smartsheet or similar).
- Knowledge of eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
- Certification in relevant LMS technologies or instructional design.
