As a Learning Strategy Systems Analytics Analyst II, you will provide intermediate level support for projects that drive a cohesive business management and operational strategy across Learning and Development. You will deliver support for vendor evaluation, onboarding, implementation, and payment processes, as well as process improvement and automation initiatives. Additionally, you will support the build-out and delivery of self-serve resources and enhance the user experience of learning platforms. Collaboration with key partners, including Tech, People Analytics, and Supplier Management, is essential.

About You

Required:

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel functions and proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Intermediate level presentation building, design, and delivery skills using PowerPoint and Dashboards.
