About You
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (leasing, retail, hospitality, or real estate preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High energy, outgoing personality, and professional appearance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Yardi experience is a plus.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in apartment leasing or residential property management.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible weekday hours as needed.
- College coursework in business or real estate.
