About the Role

As a Leather Cutter, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the Atom Leather machine, grading leather hides, sorting cut pieces, and performing machine maintenance. You will ensure safety compliance, prepare hides for cutting, inspect cut parts for quality, maintain production logs, and participate in lean manufacturing activities.

About You

Required:

High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
Two (2) years related work experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Knowledge of different types of materials and their characteristics for quality acceptability.
Basic computer, reading, writing, comprehension, communication, and calculation skills.

Preferred:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work closely and effectively with all employees and management staff.
