About the Role
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in US disability/leave administration and ADA accommodation or previous experience in an HR generalist or employee relations role.
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Deep understanding and application of federal and state disability and paid family leave laws (i.e., ADA, FMLA, PWFA, CFRA, etc.).
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in administering a CA VDI Plan and other state disability offsets.
- Prior Workday experience working with leave, payroll, and ADA reporting.
