About the Role
As a Legal & Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing estate planning and real estate documents, coordinating client meetings and document signings, maintaining accurate files in Clio Manage and Lawmatics, assisting with technology integrations and process improvements, and providing administrative support to the COO and Managing Attorney.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years' experience in a law firm or operations-focused role (estate planning or real estate preferred).
- Confident using technology and managing multiple software systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
