About the Role
As a Legal Account Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to notify and locate consumers with delinquent accounts. You will negotiate payment arrangements, document financial statuses, and ensure compliance with company standards while providing high-quality customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-3 years relevant customer-facing experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
