- Prior experience in a law firm, litigation practice, or legal department.
- Proven experience in drafting, filing, document management, and litigation support.
- Significant experience with California court filings, including e-filing and communication with clerks.
- Spanish-speaking ability.
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys concurrently.
- Familiarity with docketing systems and litigation-tracking tools.
