About the Role
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents, managing client information, filing pleadings, making travel arrangements, and assisting attorneys with transaction documents. You will also handle phone communications and maintain organized files, ensuring timely closings and effective support for the Banking & Financial Services area.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal practice.
- Certified Legal Secretary designation.
