About the Role
As a Legal Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing Task Delegation and Workflow Management software, assisting with word processing, managing attorney calendars, processing new business intake, and providing legal research and case support. You will maintain an in-office presence three days a week and ensure superior client service in a collaborative work culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous law firm experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF software.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated advanced legal administrative and training skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent client communication skills.
