- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Prior experience in immigration law or legal support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Foreign language proficiency (Spanish, French, Haitian Creole or Arabic) is a plus.
