About the Role
As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing exceptions, examining cases that have fallen out of the production pipeline, diagnosing exceptions, and formulating solutions to ensure cases continue moving through the pipeline. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in a legal office or background in operations management, criminal justice, pre-law, or data analysis.
- Industry experience in collections and/or personal injury law.
