You will also notarize documents, assemble documents, interact with clients, handle court filings, manage AIA and transaction binders, and make travel arrangements.

Required:
- A minimum of three years of administrative experience.
- Experience working for a law firm.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication skills.
