About the Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for working with local counsel on various legal accounts. Your daily tasks will include loading accounts into Q-Law, entering suit and judgment information, preparing affidavits, and responding to correspondence. You will also manage document submissions and provide general administrative support to the department.

About You

Required:

1+ years of legal administration experience.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Effective listening techniques.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Preferred:

Highly meticulous with attention to compliance and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Experience with Adobe.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with Data Tree and TLO is a plus.
