About You
- Minimum of high school graduation; business school or related professional legal secretarial degree or paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with critical deadlines.
- Legal assistant or paralegal experience.
- Experience with Outlook/LSS calendaring and iManage document management program.
- Complex defense litigation experience.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
