About the Role
As a Legal Assistant in the Litigation Unit, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various legal documents and filings. Your daily tasks will include preparing complex pleadings, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with state and federal filing procedures. You will also need to prioritize workflow and adapt to new priorities as they arise.
About You
Required:
Experience with ECF and knowledge of state and federal filing procedures.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Preferred:
Heavy litigation experience, including trial preparation and summarizing depositions.
Familiarity with 10th Circuit filing procedures and rules.
