About You
- High school diploma is required; advanced education or a paralegal certification is preferred.
- Experience working as a legal assistant or in a professional office setting is highly desired.
- Competency working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written communication skills and experience drafting professional correspondence.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury law.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and healthcare providers over the phone and via email.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
