- Prior experience in legal operations, management, and law-firm administration.
- Strong understanding of law-firm workflows, legal assistant responsibilities, and administrative best practices.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor staff in a professional services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with standard office/legal software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

- Starting salary $90k–$120k per year (Based on experience and knowledge).
