About the Role
As a Legal Case Coordinator, you will work closely with attorneys to provide daily administrative support. Your responsibilities will include composing discovery letters and pleadings, filing motions, organizing exhibits, and maintaining client files. You will also monitor attorney calendars, answer client calls, and schedule meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of legal assistant experience working for a law firm.
- Previous experience with court filings and court procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service.
