About You
- Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. college or university and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- At least 3 years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel focusing on labor and employment legal matters.
- Deep knowledge of federal and key state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of US pension and benefits laws and regulations.
- Experience in conducting internal investigations.
- General knowledge of labor and employment matters outside of North America.
