About You
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with electronic billing platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to work occasional overtime to meet billing deadlines.
- Experience with BillBlast, Aderant, or other legal accounting/eBilling systems.
- At least two years’ experience in legal billing, electronic billing or appeals.
- Ability to interpret and apply client billing guidelines.
