About the Role
As a Legal Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in the Patent Litigation practice. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, serving as a liaison between attorneys and clients, drafting legal documents, overseeing billing matters, and coordinating meetings. You will also mentor junior staff and ensure the smooth operation of the attorney's practice area.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- 5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a corporate or legal environment providing support to upper-level leadership.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience with supporting Patent Litigation, ITC, and IPR filings.
