About the Role
As a Legal Intern, you will be responsible for creating a database of executed contracts, reviewing legal agreements, identifying key terms, assisting with contract revisions, and supporting corporate governance tasks. You will also engage in policy and legal research, provide diligence support for M&A transactions, and observe discussions with development and financing teams, gaining exposure to the energy industry and regulatory environment.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a law degree.
- Interest in business law or the energy industry.
- Strong writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
