- 7+ years of progressive experience driving innovation and operational transformation in a legal or professional-services environment.
- Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics solutions in legal workflows.
- Proficiency with process-mapping software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with legal operations framework and terminology across multiple practice areas.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, LPIP, LPP, or comparable methodologies.
- Exposure to knowledge-management and legal research tools.
- Ability to address ethical issues related to using AI in legal practice.
